8th Grade Promotion

May 20 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Promotion Day
8:30 am – 9:00 am – Yearbook signing in class.
9:00 am -10:15 am – Mandatory rehearsal in Meadows Cafeteria.
10:30 – 11:30 am  – 8th-grade student awards assembly in Meadows Cafeteria

Parents/guardians of students who are receiving an award will receive a separate email so you can plan to attend

All parents and guardians are welcome to attend – you must check in using your government-issued ID

12:00 pm – 8th-grade student pick up

No bus transportation provided – pick up off of 3rd Avenue side of campus

If you are checking out an additional sibling (not in 8th grade), you must do so in the front office.

2:00 pm – Student drop off at The Madison Center for the Arts

5601 N. 16th Street. Phoenix, AZ 85016
2:30 pm – Doors open at Madison Center for the Arts. All seats are General Admission.
3:00 pm – Promotion ceremony begins (event will be live-streamed)
