PANORAMIC and PROMOTION PICTURES
Panoramic Class Picture: Date 2/6/23
PANORAMIC PHOTO – Class Group Photo (1st Period). Our students voted to dress up in their most confident self for this group photo. Traditionally business attire has been worn. District dress code will be enforced. This panoramic picture will be available in the yearbook and a digital copy code will be given to each student.
Promotion Day Pictures and Ordering:
Dorian will be on hand at the Promotion Ceremony and will take posed photos of each student before the ceremony begins. Please make sure that you drop your student off no later than 4:45PM so we can ensure their photo is taken and they are lined up for the promotion ceremony.
Order forms will be sent home with 8th graders and will be turned in on Promotion night. Payment for these pictures will be handled directly through Dorian Studio Pictures (http://www.dorianstudio.com/). Orders may be placed after Promotion, however, may be subject to late fees depending on how long after the ceremony orders are placed.
WATER DAY
School buses will transport our students to and from the water park on Tuesday, May 23. Good behavior on the bus is expected. A signed permission slip is required (attached to this packet). Our students will have access to all of the amenities at the water park. They are expected to obey all park staff and trip chaperones and adhere to park rules. No student is to leave the water park.
Park guests will also be using the facility. Our students are to act respectfully and follow student expectations at all times. Students should bring a towel, sun protection (hat, sunscreen) and wear the class t-shirt (labeling is suggested). Lunch and snacks will be provided.
PROMOTION CEREMONY TICKETS
Tickets will be sent home with your student (an email and text alert will go out the day they will be sent home). If you do not need all four of the tickets provided to your student, you may share your tickets with other families in need of extras. A limited number of seats for handicapped guests will be available. Tickets are required for entry. Tickets are general admission and doors will open at 5:00 p.m. (30 minutes before the ceremony begins). The Madison Center for the Arts parking garage will be available.
